1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spotted ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Spotted is a car spotting social network application that allows users to:

• Photograph and identify exotic and rare cars using AI technology
• Share car sightings with a community of automotive enthusiasts
• Access a database of car information and specifications
• Connect with other car enthusiasts through social features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post to Spotted, including photographs and comments.

4.2 Content License

By posting content to Spotted, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Spam or misleading information

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

6. Premium Services

Spotted offers premium subscription services with additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your device's app store.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spotted and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The information on this App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Spotted, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
